Matthew 1:1-17

This is a book about the “generation of Jesus Christ”. He is the son of David, the son of Abraham. The son of the faithful... These faithful people were whom God the Father had been being with through the ages. They were not indeed the “biological fathers” of Jesus, but “spiritual.” Jesus was only born of a Mother, by the Will of God.
